Wrote about the city I live in and love

I've been steadily writing away for easyJet Holidays, researching destinations across the globe, but last week I got the opportunity to write about the city I live in and love; Sheffield. It was great to write about a place I knew really well from first hand experiences, rather than internet research. I was also thrilled to be writing about and sharing with the readers the great places that Sheffield has to offer, particularly my favourite street in Sheffield; Division Street.

Division Street is the coolest place in Sheffield, with loads of quirky bars and a mass of vintage shops! Eclectic styles define the bars, and indie music blasts from the speakers. Everybody that hangs out on Division Street is trendy and unique; everything goes. I love to go here for a drink with friends, because I feel right at home. There's no set way to dress, and no set way to act. You can be whoever you want to be or whoever you really are. And whether quirkiness is up your street or not, Division Street is interesting for everyone. Another place I mentioned was The Showroom. It's a brilliant cinema that might usually go unnoticed by visitors who would instantly think of Vue or Cineworld as the place to go to watch a film. But The Showroom puts on a great range of films from blockbusters to international cinema, and the prices are very reasonable too! I was so pleased to have the opportunity to alert potential visitors to this amazing cinema!

It was brilliant to be able to share my knowledge and passion for Sheffield in my work. I just hope that my article did it justice. Visit my website to read the full article. http://www.wix.com/lcooperfreelance/lcf
